Grand Admiral Thrawn is the epitome of the growth mindset, and in many ways reminds me of Tom Bilyeu with his drive to learn all that he can about his target, creative approach, and extreme loyalty to his people, his company, and the growth mindset. Thrawn goes as far as to decapitate those with a fixed mindset, and promote those with a growth mindset and has a uniquely artistic and studious approach to warfare which he very nearly conquers the rebellion.
